Senior Unity Developer

Location: London/Remote (flexible)


We are on the lookout for an extraordinarily talented Senior Unity Developer to help us scale our Bafta-nominated interactive entertainment studio and deliver on our vision to become the HBO of story games.

This is an incredible opportunity to join an early-stage venture-backed studio and be a key player in its success and growth.

ElectricNoir is backed by VC firm Moonfire Ventures and angel investors/advisors include the founder of Unity (David Helgason) and the founder of Twitch (Kevin Lin). Their flagship series, Dead Man’s Phone, is available on iOS and Android.

Equity options in the Company will be given to the right candidate.


  • Designing and writing code in a maintainable and scalable manner.

  • Working closely with members of the Creative team, to provide support and to ensure

    new functionality is created to meet their needs.

  • Maintaining great working relationships.

  • Creating, maintaining and improving tools.

  • Overseeing the deployment and stability of app releases on multiple platforms.

  • Producing documentation for both internal and external consumption.

  • Working with members of the development team and the QA team to provide guidance

    and solutions to problems.


  • At least 5 years of professional experience.

  • Excellent C# programming skills.

  • Expansive knowledge of Unity3D.

  • At least 2 commercial mobile titles, developed from start to beyond release (developing

    updates or DLC).

  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment.

  • Skilled in profiling, debugging and diagnosing issues.

  • Experienced using git.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with other technical and non-technical

    team members.

  • A self-starter, who wants to make a big impact with their contributions.



  • Previous experience working with “games as a service”.

  • Knowledge of the Unity Test Framework.

  • An interest in creating editor tools.
